This logo design was created for an Australian opal mine tour company. The logo consists of the silhouette of a kangaroo, the national symbol of Australia, jumping before a multi-colored and faceted ring that represents the opal itself.
In addition to the logo, I was also asked to design the double-sided business cards that also serve as mini-brochures for their tour services. The front of the card featured the logo and two gold stripes, while tour and contact information was listed on the back. To achieve a unique look, I used a black background in order to provide maximum contrast with the colorful logo design.
